Will Haugen is a nonprofit fundraising professional with seven years’ experience in major gifts, annual giving, and grant writing. As Associate Development Officer at the Weisman Art Museum at the University of Minnesota, Will manages a portfolio of donors, writes grant proposals, runs crowdfunding campaigns, as well as the museum’s free membership program.

Prior to working at the Weisman, he helped raise $9 million for Lakeshore Players Theatre’s capital campaign to build a performing arts center in White Bear Lake, and worked in institutional giving with VocalEssence and Minnesota Children’s Museum.

Will has sung in the tenor section of a few Twin Cities vocal ensembles, such as The Singers-Minnesota Choral Artists, the Minnesota Beethoven Festival Chorale, the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra Chorale, Vox Nova Chorale, Magpies & Ravens, and the Central Presbyterian Church choir as section leader.

Will is thrilled to be a member of the board and dive into the amazing artistry happening at Source. He is proud to support an organization that has impacted his life and the lives of his musical colleagues and friends.
