Source Moment: My favorite memory from my time as an MN Duo participant was the first group class with Ruth Palmer. Her class and group discussion really set the pace and expectation for the rest of the week: the point of our time at the Source Song Festival is to freely investigate, explore, and experiment with our artistry as individuals and collaborators. It was never about perfect performances and that enabled the most positive and supportive environment. I cherished that each MN Duo was a team, but the participants of whole program acted as a team or music family.
